Phoebe was relentless in finding solutions – starting with TMW (partial), moving to Virgin (full but with restrictive tenant clauses), and ultimately securing the full asking advance we needed with Accord. When rates dropped mid-process, she proactively reviewed our deal and got us a better rate before completion, which really showed she was acting in our best interest. When Accord went quiet at a critical point, she chased her contacts and kept the chain moving. Beyond the technical side, Phoebe balanced expert, risk-aware advice with genuine reassurance throughout what can be a stressful process.
