18 Sept 2023Firstly, I am very pleased that other customers had a 5 star experience. Unfortunately for me what started as very positive ended up with nothing to show for it. After the initial contact I was quoted a figure over the phone and we arranged to do a follow up call to get into the details. The first time the agent rang only to confuse me with someone else and rang off. After a few days I got a text arranging another time. I was available but never got a call despite a follow on text implying I couldn't make it which was false. Undeterred I offered another date and time and heard nothing for 3 weeks. Suffice to say I won't be chasing and can only put this down to something else or I could be unlucky but from an impressive start, a poor ending.
