Amazing job that the team and especially Amy King at J&H Chester has done. I moved into a HMO yesterday and from initial contact to getting the keys has been stress free and absolutely fabulous., even with my constant calls or emails nothing has been too much and the whole team has had a consistent, friendly and helpful approach.

On the viewing day there was some confusion and we arrived over an hour late, but they were very understanding and patiently waited for us. We ended up leasing the property and couldn’t be happier. Throughout the tenancy, communication was always prompt and helpful. Inspections were well managed, they regularly checked in to see if anything needed attention. The end-of-tenancy process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend both Sara and Jordan & Halstead.
