Still sending me threatening letters despite me clearing my debts years ago. I have confirmation of the fact so will be fully ignoring these grifters. It takes a special kind of souless low life to make a living off threatening people for money and they clearly enjoy their work. I wish nothing but the worst for everyone that works there

Be careful. I received two letters out of the blue - I had never heard of them or the company I supposedly owed money. Called them up twice, soon as the wanted me to give out my date of birth, I refused, I explained I would confirm the details on the letter, but wouldn't give anything new - they terminated the call their end. Highly suspicious.

non-existant customer service. terrible record keeping. scores of emails exchanged. recorded mails send. and they still do not understand the issue. every time I speak with someone its like they are investigating my query anew. they will reply here and ask for my details; but they can easily look up themselves and review all the communications beforehand I have reported them to the Financial Ombudsman. They will reply and say; "Financial Ombudsman," dont regulate us; yes they do regulate your subsidiary ACI UK!!!

Trying to harass me for a debt that I've never had. Days later letter stating I'm having a visit. Called them for more information and they wouldn't give me any without personal details. Roll on the visit - I will be videoing and reporting to the relevant authorities !

My oakbrook account was sold onto this company, Oakbrook added a default to my credit report because even though I paid the correct payment, they said it wasn’t the correct amount (they changed the amount without informing me). After the account had been sold to Perch, the default was added again. So 2 defaults when only one payment was incorrect (not missed). I disputed this and they rejected it. I paid the loan off and got rid as soon as I could. They are awful. Steer clear.
