I've used Keystone a lot over the last year and find them extremely easy to work with. The whole team from the help desk support to BDM and senior management are all really good. I had an urgent completion that needed to go through and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure it did complete on time.

I have the pleasure of recommending Keystone property finance for BTL mortgage transactions. When I had a 1-month delay in securing an amended mortgage due to changes from the solicitor and errors from my broker, Mark Deboo at Keystone stepped in and made sure all pending issues were resolved asap and the amended mortgage offers were out within a week, going as far as chasing the surveyors for the PVQs. I must say Mark Deboo is a huge asset to the Keystone team. Absolutely switched-on, brilliant individual!!!

As an existing customer I returned to Keystone for a new purchase. I am a limited company owner and as such their products are fairly competitive. As a landlord of over 14 years I've been through my fair share of lenders. I must say Mark Deboo at Keystone was very helpful. The one key thing I would stress to anyone using Keystone is that they should never use JMW Solicitors. I did have a terrible service from them which ultimately cost me a great deal of money on holding costs on a bridging loan. Make sure you are clear on the solicitors as ultimately the slower they are the more it'll cost you. Keystone stepped in an resolved the issues for which I was happy about.

Mark at keystone was incredibly helpful during the process with the mortgage solicitor and mine. The transaction seemed to be going nowhere between the solicitors and then Mark got involved and made it happen. This lender has good and very helpful and polite staff. I have now completed on my purchase and very happy with Keystone at present.

I would strongly recommend that if you have a broker and they offer you a product with Keystone decline it! very slow service and generally poor. Whilst they can be competitive in price, it could actually cost you more in other fees. Worth noting commercial mortgage offers are generally 3 months with them, which causes another issue
