MFB

I was looking for 2-3 weeks for somebody to be able to help me with the product I was looking for. While my onward purchase was pending, all was resting on this. Most brokers shied away at the complexity of what I was asking, never got call backs and I was getting quite worried thinking what I needed didn't exist. Spoke to Charlie at MFB and felt a huge weight lifted. It was just another day at the office for him, knew what I needed, knew what I was trying to accomplish and had the solution within hours (obviously pending me from that point), few bumps along the road only down to the situation and my requirements but again Charlie was quick with solutions. Samantha was also fantastic, kept me up to date with all, guided me in the right direction and kept the ball rolling. Very clear in how everything was translated and what was required of me and when. I cannot recommend MFB enough, I only dealt with Charlie and Samantha but even if the rest of the team is only half as knowledgeable, dedicated to their customers and motivated as them you still have the best in the business on your side (second to Charlie and Samantha of course). Thank you again for all you have done.

Useless Company - Tried to get advice about a mortgage and asked for a decision in principle - filled out all documentation required but for some reason they wanted property details when all I wanted was to check affordability and get an idea of budget to help me on my property search. They kept saying no to everything without even checking the application I sent. Really bad service - Luckily I found another broker who is much more helpful.

It’s the first time I used an online broker, so I was a bit sceptical at first however, it was a brilliant experience I had my formal offer in less than 2 weeks despite it not being a straightforward matter. I am very happy with their service and will be using again. Thanks

I got my mortgage offer today and am just so happy with Mortgages for Business. In particular, Beckie and Leroy have been nothing but amazing. Being a first time buyer, BTL investor, and buying through a ltd company - it's fair to say that this is not an easy combination. But Beckie and Leroy have helped me navigate through this and pick the right mortgage and lender. Communication has been a particular strong point, with quick and professional responses to all my emails. Thank you!

Thought I’d write a review as I have been very happy with this team. In particular, Georga and Paul have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Great communication, effective, efficient and always keeping me updated with any progress so I know where I stand. I cannot emphasis just how important this is to me.
