5 Sept 2025They are just liars. First approved 7000 and then on call they asked 3000 at final 1000 and then rejected. Just lame excuses and fraud people. Just to get excess to someone else account. Staff was also very rude.

21 Jun 2022Do not use this service. They will absolutely waste your time and money going into their office after fraudulently claiming you have been successful in the application. They are soo rude and scrutinise your account outgoings to the point where you feel uncomfortable and judged. Definitely do not recommend at all

11 Oct 2021Can you please advise me on your position of anti Islam behaviour displayed by one your team, Ross Cunningham based in Rochdale who publicly decided he would post an anti islam comment when a 5 year old young girl was congratulated for memorising the Qur'an? The post is added as a picture for your easy reference. I assume you have an policy that expects all staff to respect all members of the public?

3 Nov 2020Went in to doncaster branch on the 2nd November to renew my loan with them signed everything off told me the money would be in bank with in a few hours it wasn't then rang today the 3rd November spoke to a snotty woman about the money not in my bank when I got told it would be in at 12 today then to be told half 6 tonight for me to ring back again for them to tell me its been declined as I swore at the woman when I never and then to be told its gone over to head office for investigation for fraud 😳 and I've supposedly said i might lose my job or get furlong were these people get there information from is beyond me and to make a serious allegation about me aswell that person needs to lose there job im fuming 😤
