We have just moved in to our new house and Lisa organised our mortgage. She was absolutely amazing and held our hands through the whole process - which we needed as it was our first purchase and im originally from Australia so needed plenty of help! My partner and I had received our keys for our first property which we bought in August this year. The service I had received from Lisa was really smooth and painless! Lisa was extremely empathetic & sympathetic towards our needs and she really guided us throughout the process as we were both very new to this!
