Just wanted to leave a review for Biva and Susma who helped us with the mortgage on our new house. Honestly, I was really impressed with them from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way so we never felt left in the dark, and they found us a mortgage that worked perfectly for our situation. Communication was spot on—always quick to reply and they handled everything really promptly. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with them. Would highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience with Gurkha Mortgages from start to finish and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide us through the entire process of purchasing our first property together. Our mortgage advisor Sharas was fantastic throughout. From the very beginning, he made us feel completely comfortable sitting down and discussing the different options available. He was incredibly patient with all our questions and took the time to explain everything clearly. During particularly stressful moments — especially when there were unforeseen delays from the seller’s side — Sharas remained calm, reassuring, and proactive, always talking us through our options and helping us stay grounded. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and genuinely friendly, which made a huge difference to our experience. He was always available and it was such a comfort knowing that we could always pick up the phone and call him. We are also extremely grateful to Sima, who went above and beyond chasing our solicitor day in and day out to keep things moving. She kept us fully in the loop at all times, responded to our questions instantly, and was a huge help with arranging our home insurance as well. Her dedication and communication really stood out. The review won't be complete without mentioning the delightful Arbin, who helped us with our life insurance.
