Emily Clifford was recommended to me by a friend and with good reason. Not only is she an exceptional broker, she is also kind, sensitive and compassionate, which is exactly what I needed as I tried to navigate the vulnerable and stressful remortgaging (during a cost of living crisis) process. Within a day of of our first call, she had secured me a mortgage higher than anyone else I had spoken to, despite my complex financial situation. She is a details woman and combed through my finances to secure me a deal that I simply didn’t think would be possible for me. When my situation changed and the cost of living crisis went into meltdown, she walked me through all of my options with the patience of a Saint. She made sure the information I was being given from various sources was accurate (it wasn’t always) and I felt totally confident in the advice she was giving me. Because of the volatility of the markets, it took me 6 months to finally decide on a mortgage. Emily went on mat leave during that time, and I was handed over to Sam Harrison, who had been fully briefed about my situation, and continued Emily’s excellent work until I was finally able to sign on the dotted line. I am so grateful for the time he also gave me to talk through my options in the detail I required, and for demystifying the incomprehensible world of mortgages. I will be going through this process again within the next two years, and feel extremely lucky to now have Domus finance, and specifically Emily’s number on speed dial. I would highly recommend Emily to anyone in need of the best possible mortgage advice, whatever their circumstances.

As a first time buyer, Rob was like an older brother guiding me through the home buying process. It took us more than a year to find a house and have an offer accepted during which time Rob must have earned his fee many times over - he was always available to help, provide advice and run numbers for me. Tracey was also a pleasure to deal with and always very responsive. We got a great deal that wouldn't have been possible without Domus (I'm a contractor). Highly recommended.
