Patient, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. The rest of the team were excellent, kept up informed every step of the way. 8 Dec 2025Easylife is a good company, and I highly recommend using them. They arranged a mortgage for me, along with life insurance and contents insurance. Chris is clearly a very experienced Mortgage and Protection Consultant. He is warm and friendly, and he answered all of my questions, thoroughly, throughout. It was a blessing to have him guide me through the mortgage/conveyance process. Chris also monitored fixed rates before exchange of contracts to ensure that I got the best mortgage deal. Chris worked very effectively with the estate agent and the solicitor, collectively ensuring that the conveyance was always moving forwards. They were all way ahead of me. I never (or perhaps very rarely) needed to chase any of these parties for information. The customer service team, including Sotira, Sari and Elena, communicated with me regularly, keeping me up to date with developments. Easylife have a panel of solicitor firms that they regularly work with. As I used one of these solicitors to do the conveyancing, Easylife regularly contacted them to get updates, after which they would update me.
