A few things to call out - 1) the rates changed 3 or 4 times after application and it was Priya who proactively made me aware and made the switch in seconds and saved me money. 2) i have a busy workload and Priya was able to take all that stress away and get things done much faster than I ever could. 3) I can honestly say that throughout the process, it was only Priya and Alexander James that I felt were 100% on my side. I had huge issues with solicitors, delays at almost every step but to have a professional like her on my team was invaluable. So if you're asking yourself the question I did. Take it from me, working with Priya is worth every single penny.
