Originally we attended a very informative open seminar ran by Harold Stephens. This helped in our decision to use this company ,we are so glad we did. I can highly recommend this company all the staff are professional, polite ,knowledgeable and always willing to answer queries and help guide you as required with patience and clarity. Arranging appointments was easy and all the worries we had about the process were dealt with efficiently. We now have peace of mind ,with power of attorney documentation and wills in place. A Great company highly recommended.

We, my wife Gene and I, saw Harold Stephens on the BS9 magazine (Bristol) while looking for a solicitor to advise on making our Wills and decided to make an appointment and met Richard Higgs who took us through and advised what was needed. He was very thorough and helpful and did not rush the answered the questions we had with clarity. We then decided to have them continue to complete the Wills and the necessary paperwork. The Front Office Staff were also very friendly and helpful and kept us up to date during the completion process of the Wills. Richard Higgs has been my IFA for about 10 years.
