We first contacted James when we were first looking to buy back in 2023, James completed our application and guided us through the process, supporting us with insurances and solicitors. Unfortunately, due to the property condition, we had to pull out. We were then in a position in 2025 to start looking at purchasing again (hopefully with better luck)…we knew instantly the first thing to do was to get back in touch with James as he was so brilliant the first time. James listened to all of our requirements, future plans and what was important to us to ensure we applied and secured a lender and product that was right for us. James was honest throughout and extremely supportive with chasing our application and solicitors when they stated to drag their heels. I personally work within the mortgage industry and can hand on heart say I would recommend James to anyone I know taking out a mortgage or insurances. Even when applications for life insurances were declined, James picked us back up and instantly reassured us that we still had plenty of options. My partner and I, have recommended James and Ted mortgages to works colleagues, Friends and family members. New rules, new laws but when you meet professional people the process it's getting easier.Daniella was absolutely brilliant. Efficient, calm and very helpful. Totally recommend.
