I had a long winded complicated request that I asked Warren to research, which he did thoroughly, and then I decided not to go down that route. He made no attempt to guilt trip me into it despite all his efforts, so was pleased to not feel pressured into it of course. I appreciated his efforts and time on that and how he carefully checked my thinking and wishes.

If we could give more than 5 stars we would!! Warren, Sue and Nick were beyond fantastic. First made contact in September 2024, and had keys in our hands March 2025 for our first home. (from offer accepted accepted till keys was 9 weeks !!) They went through every step methodically and explained all the complicated terms as we were first time buyers, even answered my random questions and queries. Felt extremely looked after as the clients. Thankyou so much for helping to making our plans a reality.

I've had excellent support and advice from Andy, Sue & Warren for over 10 years now. They're always incredibly helpful and include all the details, many I wouldn't have considered if I was to do my own legal work, and keep everything clear and easy to understand. If I've forgotten something (which I do after a while) they've always been happy to talk me through it again and keep me up to date. They've found me fantastic mortgage offers and the best price for life insurance, accident & sickness cover. I consider myself very fortunate to have had mortgages explained right from the start. A all round outstanding service that gives you confidence in a challenging process. Andy, Sue and Dan are simply superb. The TEAM are warm, welcoming, genuine, professional & personal. The service he gave was great and very professionally, plus he stayed in communication and kept me informed with everything, and was always there if I needed help or had any questions. He also understood I worked full time and was happy to contact me at more suitable times. His Knowledge is very impressive which made the whole process much easier and straight forward, especially as I am a first time buyer and was very unsure about everything.
