He understood the situation perfectly and worked tirelessly to make sure I got the best deal, practically without me having to lift a finger! The whole process was explained clearly in laymen's terms which made me feel 100% reassured throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Ben, in fact, I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!
