Chris provides such brilliant support. He is fantastic at explaining all the options in a very no pressure type way. He is very proactive in helping you and getting the best product for your mortgage which is very useful for a disorganised person such as myself. He is very knowledgeable but also manages to explain everything in an easy to understand way which is useful for those for whom finances feel daunting. My partner and I recently bought our first property in the UK, we had no familiarity with the buying process, us being international. Chris guided us with the best knowledge and directions through every step of the way. Initially we were going as residential but later changed our mind to buy-to-let. Chris has educated us about the process from start to end, beginning with what kind of properties tend to not depreciate, what is the best valuation model for leasehold properties, also considering the owner's liabilities such as ground rent, service charge and council tax that allows you to find your sweet spot in terms of your purchase. Chris has helped us understand the criteria that the banks would apply while evaluating the mortgage application against the selected property. This helped us filter our search and be confident about the property we are selecting to buy, with a foresight that the banks would not refuse either. After selecting the property Chris helped us place an offer with a best price pitch. And then the biggest part, where Chris helped us select the best mortgage product ensuring good efficiency on the rate of interests against the monthly repayment model, and find a fixed long term deal. We could clearly see how much we are earning from the buy-to-let, and how much will be accrued to equity through repayments. Chris also helped us find an efficient conveyancer and remained there as the go-to person to answer any queries that we had from time to time. And all of that for a very competitive fee, its hard to find any better deal anywhere else. It requires a lot of understanding to complete a house buying journey, Chris will always give you a hand when you need support.
