With a background in financial services and property finance, he recognised that borrowers seeking specialist products — from HMO mortgages to adverse credit solutions — were underserved by generic comparison tools.

Mortgage118 was built to change that: a dedicated directory of independently FCA-authorised brokers, organised by specialism and location, giving borrowers the clarity they need to find the right professional.
